Inca Pink Sparkle like its white version is a hybrid Alstroemeria, forming a resilient and dense mat of foliage which resists even the hottest summer conditions unlike Alstroemeria which can tend to retreat to the tubers when the going gets hot and dry.
The flowers are unusual, like a slimmed down alstroemeria but with multiple flowers on the one stem. Well worth growing as a ground cover summer perennial
